ZinFlow v2.3.8: Introducing iCloud Sync Diagnostic Tool

Why We Added This Feature

Some users reported that their iOS and Mac versions of ZinFlow weren’t syncing data properly. iCloud sync involves multiple system and network factors, making it hard to diagnose issues on your own. So we built a diagnostic tool directly into ZinFlow to help you identify the problem quickly.

How to Use the Diagnostic Tool

On iOS

1. Open ZinFlow and tap the Settings icon in the toolbar
2. Scroll down and tap About
3. Tap iCloud Diagnostics
4. The diagnostic runs automatically and displays results

On Mac

1. Open ZinFlow and go to the Help menu
2. Select Open Diagnostics
3. The diagnostic runs automatically and displays results

The diagnostic checks the following:

• CloudKit Account Status
• iCloud Container Configuration
• SwiftData Storage Status
• Last Sync Time
• Network Connectivity
• CloudKit Permissions

Based on the results, you can address issues directly. If problems persist, you can export the diagnostic report and send it to us for further assistance.
