June 2026 Product Update: New ZinFlow Tutorials & ZinFeed Changelogs Synced

Over the past week, we’ve added two in-depth tutorials to ZinFlow’s user guide and synced the latest release notes for ZinFeed from App Store Connect. Here’s a complete summary of what’s new.

📖 ZinFlow: Two New Tutorials Published

The User Guide section in ZinFlow has been updated with two new tutorials, focusing on fine-tuning EPUB table of contents and replacing covers and editing metadata before final export. Whether you’re a new user just getting started with ZinFlow or a seasoned user looking to master the export capabilities, these guides will help you take full control of every EPUB you create.

ZinFlow Chapter Editing Guide: Fine-Tune Your EPUB’s Table of Contents

When you merge multiple articles into an EPUB, the auto-generated table of contents may not always match your expectations — the order of chapters, how titles are named, or the presence of redundant content can all affect the reading experience. This tutorial walks through everything the ZinFlow chapter editor has to offer:

  • Chapter-Level Operations: Rename, move up/down, reverse subsection order, delete entire chapters
  • Subsection-Level Operations: Swipe left to edit/delete, use drag handles to reorder
  • Global Tools: Insert blank chapters, reverse all chapters at once
  • Renaming Experience: Bottom sheet with auto-focus, character limit, Return key to save quickly

The tutorial also covers platform-specific differences (iOS vs macOS interaction patterns), usage tips, and data safety — all edits affect only the current export session, so your original library data remains untouched.

ZinFlow EPUB Export Guide: Replace Cover, Edit Metadata & Export to Kindle

The final step before export often determines the quality of your finished eBook. This tutorial covers every option on the final export screen:

  • Replace EPUB Cover: Choose from article images, system photo library, or the Files app
  • Edit Metadata: Modify title, author, language, description, and more
  • Export Options: Save to Files or send directly to Kindle

The tutorial also includes a side-by-side comparison of iOS and macOS to ensure a smooth experience no matter which device you use.

📡 ZinFeed: v1.7 Release Notes Synced

ZinFeed’s latest update, v1.7, is now available on the App Store. The release notes have also been synced to the ZinFeed changelog page, along with two older versions (v1.1.1 and v1.1.2) that were previously missing from the record.

  • EPUB Export Compatibility Fix: Resolved an issue where generated EPUB files would fail to parse in some readers due to undeclared XML entities, improving eBook compatibility across various reading devices.
